The LP42 is in good, working condition and is nicely marked with a maker’s mark (WA), serial number, and Waffenamt stamp.
The LP42 appears to have been blued post-war, but has no post-war markings or serial numbers.

Flare guns manufactured before 1945 are legal to own in the Netherlands and can be owned without a permit by anyone over 18 years of age.
